1. NFP sets up custom payments program

In the event of a customer needing funds due to an emergency, the NFP uses iGoDirect APIs or portal to issue a customised Digital Visa card and accompanying communications to the customer.

Through this the NFP provides iGoDirect with the value to be loaded, as well as the customer’s phone number (for SMS) or email address. 

2. iGo issues digital Visa cards on behalf of the NFP

iGoDirect instantly creates and issues a new Digital Visa Prepaid Card, including value and expiry.

Funds and fees are drawn from a preloaded float account, held in Trust for the NFP with iGoDirect’s Australian bank.

iGoDirect then sends the Digital Visa card to the customer via SMS or email.

The issued funds remain safely in trust until they are spent by the customer.

3. Customers receives their cards in real-time

The customer instantly receives their card via SMS or email.

Using iGoDirect’s exclusive Web-to-Wallet, the customer loads their card to Apple / Google wallet without needing to download an app.

The card can then be used online or at POS, anywhere Visa is accepted.

The customer can check balance via wallet or initial link sent when card issued.
